Thu is an Accredited Social Worker who supports her clients with mental health challenges and their healing journey. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Play Therapy. She is currently pursuing her PhD in meditation and neuroscience. She is passionate about helping her clients unleash their potential and improve their quality of life through her care. She strongly believes everyone deserves better mental well-being and a happy fulfilling life.

Focusing on mindfulness-based therapy and energy healing, Bahar is merging spirituality, psychology, and science in a way to bring new understanding, appreciation, and healing for those interested in methods based on grounding, mindfulness, and meditative practices with the underlying support of new psychological research. She is a meditation and sex mindfulness coach. She has provided support for many individuals interested in learning meditation techniques and mindfulness practices to help aid with mental health and positive thinking.

Nga is a whole-hearted, empathetic, and authentic psychological counsellor and career development practitioner. Nga’s approach to counselling involves guiding clients through the process of cultivating a greater sense of self-awareness regarding their emotions, misperceptions and deep psychological trauma they may hold and assist them in reframing their thoughts and beliefs. She empowers her clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to tackle their psychological challenges independently, leading to a sense of calmness and improved mental stability.
